An ambitious, driven and motivational personal trainer, Brandon believes the key to achieving fitness is consistency and determination. Embarking on his fitness journey 5 years ago, Brandon’s knowledge, passion and experience has helped many achieve their fitness goals. He is actively striving to positively impact the lives of others through health and fitness, regaining confidence in their physical abilities through bespoke fitness plans. Being a Fitness Coach for 8 Years, Anson has dedicated himself wholeheartedly into helping his clients achieve their goals and ultimately, a higher performance level. He firmly believes in not just his role as a coach, but to seek to enrich his clients lives both in and outside of the gym. Anson specialises in movement, body efficiency technical knowledge and rehabilitation work.

Andria started getting into fitness when she was just 14. That interest soon developed into passion over time when she pursued a diploma in sports science where she learnt proper techniques to strength training. The empowerment she felt from gradually getting stronger made her determined to pursue this as a career so that she could help others feel the same way. Andria believes in holistic wellness and workouts that are sustainable. She will help you to get into the right mindset and keep a positive attitude to make exercising a habit. “If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up.”
