You will be surprised by how much you can actually learn about yourself and your capabilities after every single session. You will not only be perfecting techniques, but you will also understand the science behind them, why you are doing it, and how it helps you get a step closer to accomplishing your goals. Our trainers have an eye for detail and will ensure that your movements and techniques are precise and on point in a world class 1-1 coaching format. Ultimately, you choose to train with us because you want to achieve certain goals and be independent in the long run. You should not rely on a personal trainer for every single workout session but come back to us when you have set new goals for yourself, which you may have problems attaining on your own.
Please be at your agreed arranged training location 15 minutes before your session starts. You should also dress comfortably in your active gear and bring along a towel and a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated!
Each session is 60 minutes long.
The first 10-15 minutes would require us taking the time to understand you, your goals and any past medical conditions or injuries. Thereafter we will perform several postural and movement assessments to check for any muscular and/or postural imbalances. For the remaining part of the session, we will be running you through a carefully crafted training program.
Yes! Our Personal Trainers are well equipped with premium gear and will travel to your residence to conduct the 1-on-1 session. We do not need to rely on any gym machines and yet are able to replicate, if not, better the experience for you.
Yes! Training sessions can be conducted at a public park or other outdoor venues. Please do ensure that this has been clearly communicated to your trainer beforehand and that she or he has agreed to the arrangement.
No. This defeats the purpose of 1-1 Personal Training. Your partner and you may have different strengths and weaknesses, making certain exercises unsuitable during the session for either of you, thus reducing the efficiency of the session itself.
Yes. This session will be conducted in a group format and will be completely different from a 1-1 Personal Training format. There will be no trials and sessions must be prepaid beforehand. Please refer to our Price List for more information.
We cater to individuals of all fitness levels and experience. It does not matter if you are entirely new to working out or are somewhat familiar to the grind. Our trainers at AHP are highly knowledgeable and experienced to make fitness accessible to you.
Before scheduling a trial with us, do get medical clearance for exercising from your health practitioner. At AHP, we are highly experienced and well-versed in doing rehab-based training and conditioning to restore mobility and functionality in your body. You will be up and moving in no time!
